Not sure which type you have?
Check the label for a chemistry (Li-ion, LiFePO4, Li-poly, lithium metal), a voltage and a watt-hour (Wh) rating. If the label is missing or the battery is part of a larger device, choose “Mixed or not sure” on the quote form and describe the device. A photo of the label speeds things up.
If a battery is swollen, leaking, hot, or has been in a fire or a crash, treat it as damaged regardless of type and read the damaged battery page first.
